How can my family go to Amusement Parks, Theme Parks, Museums, Zoo's and other Attrations for Free?
Nearly all public Libraries have a few FREE admission passes good for the entire family to Local places such as Theme Parks, Water Parks, Zoo’s, Museum’s, Aquariums, Planetariums and more. These passes are usually laminated and made to be used over and over and they are checked out from the Library in the same way you’d check out a book and are usually due back within a strict time limit, usually within 48 hours so another family can enjoy them also. I’m surprised how well kept this secret is but yes, it’s true! Most of these theme parks and establishments only give the passes to libraries in their own locality so if you’re a few towns out or a distance away and your local library doesn’t carry Free admission passes to where you want to visit, call around to other libraries closer to your destination. Most of the Family passes Libraries keep are good for admission for a family of 4, but if your family is larger you can reserve more than one pass. This savings is astronomical, as most Theme Parks and other comparable fun places charge $15-$30 per person for admission. Due to the popularity of these, many libraries keep a reservation list so it’s a good idea to call and reserve them well before the date you plan on going.

Free Birthday Parties
Don't bother paying your local bowling alley, skating rink, amusement center or other place to host your child's birthday party. Most of these charge enormous fee's per person and you're forced to limit your child's guest list to a limited amount of children, and find your pocketbook empty at the end of the day. Instead, head over to the local lake where a lifeguard is on duty and have a party. Fire up the grill and cook some dinner while watching the kids splash around in the water before feasting on hot dogs and cake. Bring a beach ball or set up a volleyball net. Good news, there's no limit to the amount of guests your child can have, no mess to bring home, and.. it's Free!
